CUSTOMER SERVICE ENGINEER
Jakarta based
Job Responsibilities:

• Active product sales together with sales team
• Product management and application work
• On-time handling of quotations, technical specifications and orders from Performance part
• Contacts to the main technology and manufacture units
• Collection, analysis and processing of customer feedback
• Close cooperation with other products areas within Service
• Understanding in parts materials

Qualification:

• University degree in related field
• Minimum 5 years experience in pulp and paper industry
• Good business understanding
• Active; Sales and customer service oriented attitude
• Good proficiency in English and computer skill 

PRODUCT SALES MANAGER
Jakarta based
Job Responsibilities:

• Develop Roll business
• Active product sales together with business
• Product management and application work
• On-time handling of quotations, technical specifications and orders from roll service a Contacts to the main technology and manufacture units
• Collection, analysis and processing of customer feedback
• Constant monitoring of market needs and changes, also in relation to product and service development
• Close cooperation with other products areas

Qualification:

• University degree in related field
• Minimum 8 years experience in pulp and paper industry
• Good business understanding
• Customer service oriented attitude
• Good proficiency in English and computer skill
