Rig Administrator
Jakarta Raya - Site (Rotational Basis)
Responsibilities:
Carries out all routine administration duties on the rig and at camp
Organize crew schedule, accommodation and transportation
Prepares monthly time sheets and time sheet analysis for crew
Maintains time records and personnel records
Maintain daily site cash
Update inventory/maintenance software
Keep rig document on track and up to date
Responsible for general clerk duties
Ensure housekeeping is maintained in assigned areas
Requirements:
Male/Female, with minimum age of 25 years old
Minimum senior high school or equivalent, higher education degree will be given preference.
3-5 years experiences as rig administrator
Able to speak English
Computer Literate
Willing to work at the field (14 days on duty and 7 days off duty)
Should have good interpersonal skills and team spirit

Drilling Rig Superintendent
Jakarta Raya - Site (Rotational Basis)
Responsibilities:
Examine and inspect work progress, equipment, and construction sites to verify safety and to ensure that specifications are met.
Train workers in construction methods, operation of equipment, safety procedures, or company policies.
Read specifications, such as blueprints, to determine construction requirements or to plan procedures.
Assign work to employees, based on material or worker requirements of specific jobs.
Confer with managerial or technical personnel, other departments, or contractors to resolve problems or to coordinate activities.
Estimate material or worker requirements to complete jobs.
Coordinate work activities with other construction project activities.
Supervise, coordinate, or schedule the activities of construction or extractive workers.
Analyze worker or production problems and recommend solutions, such as improving production methods or implementing motivational plans.
Order or requisition materials or supplies.
Record information such as personnel, production, or operational data on specified forms or reports.
Arrange for repairs of equipment or machinery.
Provide assistance to workers engaged in construction or extraction activities, using hand tools or other equipment.
Locate, measure, and mark site locations or placement of structures or equipment, using measuring and marking equipment.
Suggest or initiate personnel actions, such as promotions, transfers, or hires.
Requirements:
Male, with minimum age of 35 years old
Must have formal technical or management training.
A Bachelor degree in engineering or business is preferred
Must have valid IADC/Well Control and MIGAS Certificate.
Other certificates (H2S, Fire Fighting, Offshore Survival, etc.) may be required by the Company or the customer.
10+ years progressive experience of drilling operations.
5+ years as Superintendent.
Onshore drilling knowledge
Knowledge of industry codes and regulations
Man management experience
Leadership and employee development skills, able to lead, motivate coach and mentor.
The ability to interact in a multi-cultural environment
Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
