Job Purpose:

Reporting Lines and Interactions:

Job Requirements:
Must have
* Engineering degree from recognized university
* At least 10 years experience in offshore oil and gas platforms
* Familiar with offshore design codes
* Familiar with SACS Software

LEAD ENGINEER - PIPING AND LAYOUT ENGINEERING
Job description

Job purpose:
To plan, control, coordinate and close-out the Piping Engineering and Design projects covering conceptual studies, FEED packages, detailed design and drafting of oil and gas facility revamp and upgrade projects in accordance with the contract, client specifications and industry standards.

Reporting lines and interactions:

• Functionally reports to: PROJECT MANAGER - BALIKPAPAN 
• Operationally reports to: PROJECT MANAGER - BALIKPAPAN
• Directly supervises (operationally): APPROX 20 STAFF

Dam Construction Superintendent – Infrastructure Facilities
Job Function:
The Geotechnical Superintendent works in close cooperation with the EPC5 Construction Site Manager to oversee and supervise all dam construction elements of the Project. This includes verifying that all work performed by the Contractor and sub-contractors is being executed in accordance with project specifications. Maintain daily log or activities.

Required Knowledge, Qualifications, Skills, And Experiences:

• Degree in Civil/Geological Engineering. 15 years of relevant experience. 
• Relevant working knowledge of soil investigation, laboratory and field testing including soils material trial mixing and embankment test, foundations on soft soil and supervision of similar work including dam/embankment construction.
• Proper knowledge of soil and rock stability analysis (slope stability, seepage, consolidation and settlement, etc)
• Familiar with geotechnical computer applications
• Well versed in safe work practices.
• Computer literate with experience in using MS Office suite for preparing reports and maintaining data base
• Thorough understanding of applicable project specifications
• Trained to authorize work permits (e.g. hot work, confined space, etc.)
• Good oral and written English language skills

Senior HVAC Engineer
Job description

Requirements:

• Engineering degree with 10 years of experience design and execution of projects in on-shore and off-shore facilities 
• Be able to check and verify the work of junior engineers and provide guidance as required
• Possess hands on experience in handling HVAC Software like HAP / Carrier E20 Program
• Able to perform HVAC Calculations and develop HVAC drawings with precise knowledge
• Familiar with international codes and standards applicable for HVAC in Oil and Gas Industry such as ASHRE, DW.143/144, SMACNA, SOLAS, and ABS
• Have enough supervisory skill to manage a team of engineers and drafter
• Should possess good communication skills in English language

CONSTRUCTION - AREA SUPERINTENDENT 2 – FIELD FACILITIES
Required Knowledge, Qualifications, Skills, And Experiences:

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering. 
• Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels from senior management to field labor.
• Good technical and supervisory skills.
• Minimum of fifteen (15) years broad experience in all project phases, i.e. engineering, procurement and construction, would have at least ten (10) years specific involvement in major process facilities.
• Minimum of five (5) years as a Construction Manager.
• Worldwide experience with contractors and vendors, in particular those involved in the construction of onshore facilities.

• Should possess hands on experience in handling Process Engineering softwares like PIPENET, FLARESIM, etc.
• Should be able to perform fire water hydraulic calculations and develop process safety drawings like hazardous area classification with precise knowledge
• Should have analytical knowledge and report writing capabilities.
• Should be familiar with international codes and standards applicable for Process Safety Engineering (NFPA, SOLAS, API, IP, etc.) in Oil and Gas industry
