Finance Staff

Responsibilities
Prepare receipt & payment for all bank transaction,
Checking payment propose by AP before issue cheques,
Update transaction and checking bank balance for all bank
Make listing for all bank reconciliation end of month
Prepare weekly and monthly cash flow
Maintain AR outstanding
Prepare bank guarantee & bank reference
Input transaction to Navision system
Correspondence with head office (Singapore) accounts for MD and Director signatory

Requirements
Female
S1 Accounting with knowledge of accounting process and taxation
Effective time management skills
Good English capability and good interpersonal and communications skills
Good user of MS Office, especially MS Excel and Navision accounting system is advantage

Ability to cope with and prioritize heavy workload

Required Experience
+/- 2 years experience in company handle bank position/treasury

Project Administrator

Responsibilities
Arrange tender registration and compile pre-qualification documentation
Issue proposal number and follow up on technical/commercial proposals
Responsible for understanding all instructions to bidders and compiling the bid document in accordance with these instructions
Apply bid and performance bonds for tender / project
Attend pre bid meeting and bid opening as required
Follow up contract agreement, amendment, Service Order, Purchase Order / Work Order
Maintain data bases such as bid datasheet, client database, proposal database, contract database, etc.
Checking invoicing and maintain daily schedule sheet

Requirements
Male/Female
S1 Legal/Management
Effective time management skills
Good English capability and good interpersonal and communications skills
Good user of MS Office.

Required Experience
+/- 2 years experience in tender and administration for Oil & Gas services Company
