Orica is currently the world s largest supplier of commercial explosives. In Indonesia, PT Orica Mining Services currently seeks suitable personnel to fill the following position:

1. Key Account Lead-Mining (Jakarta-Based)

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Mining/Business/Chemical Engineering
• At least 10 years of experience in commercial, sales and contract management, preferably in Mining or associated industry.
• Excellent Relationship and contract Management skills
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills to strengthen network collaboration
• Alignment and Leadership paired with strong decision making skills
• Ability to support and develop self and team as a whole.
• Customer Focused and result oriented
• English is a must
• Proven achievement in driving business growth

2. Technical Services Engineer Underground (Freeport-Based)

Requirements:

• Bachelor qualifications in Mining Engineering
• At least 5 years experience in technical, production or business area in explosive, mining or similar product industry
• Have knowledge and 2-3 years experience in underground drill and blast, preferable have experiences in Block Caving and Stope Blasting
• Significant experience using electronic system and having blasting software knowledge and understanding including Shotplus-1, Cycad, powersieve, Value Calculator.
• Have proven outstanding analytical thinking and excellent communication skills both in Bahasa and English
• Good leadership and mentoring skill
• Willing to be placed and rotated in all underground sites all around Indonesia if required
• Committed to company standards of Safety, Health, Environment and Business ethnics

3. Key Account Lead-Chemical (Jakarta-Based)

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Mining/Business/Chemical Engineering
• At least 10 years of experience in commercial, sales and contract management, preferably in Mining or Chemical industry.
• For KAL (Chemical) role, experience as a chemical engineer or metallurgist selling into the mining industry is a must
• Excellent Relationship and contract Management skills
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills to strengthen network collaboration
• Alignment and Leadership paired with strong decision making skills
• Ability to support and develop self and team as a whole.
• Customer Focused and result oriented
• English is a must
• Proven achievement in driving business growth
