Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Civil, Architecture, Machine Engineering or relevant discipline
- Five (5) years and above experience in Appraisal Department; Hold the appraisal license/certificate will be advantaged
- Have people management and organization skill
- Have a good integrity, mature, self driven, motivated are essential
- Honest, efficient, willing to work under pressure and independently
- Have initiative and problem solving ability
- Good interpersonal and communication
- Good English comprehension in listening, writing and speaking is a must
- Mandarin speaking would be an advantage
- Familiar with software application, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Have knowledge of banking policy and procedures pertaining to credit, credit administration
- Have a good analytical skill
