Officer Development Program – Funding (Code : ODP Funding)

Requirements:

• Minimal S1 any majors
• Minimum GPA of 2.75
• Maximum age 26 years old for S1 and 29 years old for S2
• Target oriented
• Have a good interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Willing to be placed in all branches of BII across Indonesia

ODP - SME (Officer Development Program Small Medium Enterprise) 

Requirements:

• Minimal S1 any majors
• Minimum GPA of 2.75
• Maximum age 26 years old for S1 and 29 years old for S2
• Target oriented
• Have a good interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Locations test
• Malang (Area East Java non Surabaya, Bali and Nusa Tenggara)
• Surabaya (Area Surabaya)

Basic Frontliner Program (BFLP)

Requirements:

• Min. D3, preferably S1 graduates from all majors
• GPA Min. 2.75
• Maximum age 25 years old
• Good looking
• Target oriented
• Have a good interpersonal, communication, persuasion skills and conscientious
