BUDGET & COST CONTROL
Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree from Engineering, Financial or Accounting Management 
2. Minimum 3 (three) years experience in the same position preferably in Mining Industry.
3. Have knowledge of the entire budget and budget monitoring activities
4. Have knowledge about Cost Control, Cost Risk Analysis, Forecasts and Budget Preparation
5. good communicator with highly effective multi-disciplinary team working skills
6. Good technical and analytical skills

PRODUCTION SUPERINTENDENT
Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineering or related discipline. 
2. Minimum 5 (five) years experience in mining operation (production), experience in nickel mining is an advantage
3. Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
4. Familiar with mining software
5. Hold “Pengawas Operasional” certificate (POP/ POM/ POU)
6. Good communication and leadership skills
7. Willing to be stationed in Halmahera Selatan with rotation schedule

DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER PRODUCTION
Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree from Mining engineering / Geology 
2. Minimum 7 (seven) years experience in mining industry with minimum 5 (five) years in managerial level
3. Good managerial capability in planning, organizing, controlling and executing to all mining activities (mobile equipment and maintenance, man power, mine planning, contractors engagement).
4. Well understanding about mining operation (facility / equipment / man power)
5. Full understanding and awareness about HSE / K3 procedures.
6. POM or POU Certification are required
7. Able to manage both natural resources and human resources to achieve efficient and productive result
8. Able to make a plan and execution, including production mining analysis and cost
9. Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills
10. Self confident and tactful to communicate with people in every level within the organization / corporate
11. Good health and able to work under pressure with good result and always seek best solution to solve problem
12. To be placed at North Maluku, with roster system

OPERATION MANAGER
Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree from Mining engineering / Geology 
2. Age maximum 45 years old
3. Min 5 years experience in Nickel Mining is preferable
4. Good managerial capability in planning, organizing, controlling and executing to all mining activities (mobile equipment and maintenance, man power, mine planning, contractors engagement).
5. Develop plan for short term, middle term and long term of mining process.
6. Full understanding and awareness about HSE / K3 procedures.
7. Have a good strategic thinking
8. POP or POM Certification are required
9. To be placed at North Maluku, with roster system

HR OPERATING MANAGER
Requirements:

1. Male, max 45 years old 
2. Minimum 5 (five) years experience in the same level
3. Bachelor degree from any major, law is preferable
4. Fluent in English both oral & written
5. Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
6. Good health and able to work under pressure with good result and always seek best solution to solve problem
7. Experienced in compensation & benefit, recruitment, training & development, and industrial relations
8. Well understanding about manpower regulation
9. Preferable experience working in the Site Project
10. To be placed at North Maluku, with roster system

HRD SUPERINTENDENT
Requirements:

1. Male, max 40 years old 
2. Minimum 3 (three) years experience in the same level
3. Bachelor degree from law / Psychology preferred
4. Fluent in English both oral & written
5. Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
6. Good health and able to work under pressure with good result and always seek best solution to solve problem
7. Experienced in compensation & benefit, recruitment, and industrial relations
8. Well understanding about man power regulation
9. Preferable experience working in the Site Project
10. To be placed at North Maluku, with roster system

HEALTH & SAFETY SUPERINTENDENT
Requirements:

1. Minimum 4 (four) years experience in similar position 
2. Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineering, industrial engineering, environmental engineering or public health
3. Certified POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama)
4. Fluent in English both oral & written
5. Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
6. Good knowledge about SMK3 procedure/ OHSAS 18001:2007
7. Has the ability to draft health, safety and Environment (HSE) strategies, plans, programs, policies, system & procedures as well as lead, manage, and support their implementation
8. Willing to be stationed in Halmahera Island

HEALTH & SAFETY SENIOR SPECIALIST
Requirements:

1. Male, max 35 years old 
2. Minimum 4 (four) years experience as safety officer in mining industry
3. Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineering / industrial engineering / public health
4. Certified POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) / K3 is preferred
5. Fluent in English both oral & written
6. Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
7. Good knowledge about SMK3 procedure / OHSAS 18001:2007
8. Has the ability to draft health, safety and Environment (HSE) strategies, plans, programs, policies, system & procedures as well as lead, manage, and support their implementation
9. Conduct regular HSE inspection at sites to ensure all identified HSE potential hazard are managed properly as stated and or oblige
10. Compile safety statistic from sites (accident, incident, near miss and lost time injury)
11. Good health and able to work under pressure with good result and always seek best solution to solve problem

ENVIRONMENT SUPERVISOR
Requirements:

1. Male, max 35 years old 
2. Bachelor degree from faculty of forestry/ agriculture/ environmental engineer
3. Minimum 5 years experience in related field
4. Experience in mining, oil and gas industries is advantages
5. Good knowledge about nursery, waste management and mining reclamation
6. Good knowledge about HSE/ K3 in mining company

MINE PLAN ENGINEER (MPE)
Requirements:

1. Male, max 45 years old 
2. Bachelor degree from mining engineer/ geology faculty
3. Minimum 3-5 years experience in mining company
4. Posses managerial ability such as planning, organizing, controlling and executing to all mining activities
5. Able to calculate of heavy equipment hour production, summarize and analyze daily report, appliance hour, man power activities and dismissal of over burden and rotate mine
6. Able to plan short term, middle term and long term of mining process
7. Taking care of quality of mine product
8. Good understanding about HSE/ K3
9. Capable of operating mining software such as Minex, MineScape, AutoCad, and Surpac.
