Asuransi Tugu concentrates its business activities in general insurance industry with the business scope in loss insurance services related to oil & gas industry as well as marine hull. Asuransi Tugu was 65 percent owned by PT Pertamina (Persero) or equivalent with 1,040,000,000 issued shares as of December 2014. Other remaining shares in Asuransi Tugu was owned by PT Sakti Laksana Prima (281,600,000 issued shares or 17.6%), Siti Taskiah (194,400,000 issued shares of 12.15%), and Mohamad Satya Permadi (84,000,000 issued shares or 5.25%). Asuransi Tugu succeeded in achieving acceptable and sound growth in 2013. Asuransi Tugu reported total operating income of USD 93,351,273 in 2013,  grew by 22.76% from USD 78,467,546 in 2012.

Marketing Staff - Bandung Branch Office (MKTS - BDG)

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor (S1) holder from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00 of 4.00 scales.
• Willing to be stationed in Bandung Branch Office (West Java).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in general insurance company as a marketing.
• Male/Female, maximum age of 25 years old before 1 May 2015 with excellent health.
• Strong knowledge in general insurance industry.
• Fluent in command English both written and spoken.
• Advantage for candidate who have professional insurance degree, AAAIK or AAIK certificate.
• Excellent as a team worker, and in partnership with other organizations.
• Fast learner, strong analytical thinking, and good interpersonal skill.
• Competent in the use of computer or information system will be highly prioritized and operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet applications.
