G-Resources is a Hong Kong listed gold mining and exploration company. It has acquired the world-class Martabe gold-silver project in northern Sumatera, Indonesia. Already in development, Martabe is expected to commence production of gold in 2011. The mine will be capable of producing at a rate of 250,000oz gold and 3M oz silver per annum.

Martabe with a resource base of 6.5Moz gold and 66Moz silver will form the core starter asset around which a globally competitive, Asia-Pacific focused gold company will be built. G-Resources seek to rapidly grow production to more than one million ounces of gold annually through exploration of the large and highly prospective Martabe property and through acquisition of other quality gold assets

To strengthen the existing management team and to ensure the achievement of the company objectives, the Martabe Gold Mine is looking for candidate to fill the role

 F & S MAINTENANCE PLANNER - STAFF (FS 0654)

This position will be based at Martabe site and reports directly to the Superintendent Technical Services.

This position would be responsible for :

• To liaise with engineering team for supporting documentation and updating data. 
• To liaise with SCM team for managing the administration of Outsourced work.
• Perform administration role in maintenance activities to support the field performance.
• To perform as principal contact and liaison between the maintenance team and user, to ensure user receive professional maintenance services in a timely manner, high availability and performance.
• To sources all required resources (material, equipment, manpower, documents) for performing the task.
• To review all incoming work request and determine the validity and accuracy of the information and engage appropriate resources to set a priority.
• To prepare all report relating to the activities of Facilities Maintenance.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience

1. Understanding maintenance planning
2. Understanding Microsoft Office Intermediate
3. Minimum Senior Technical High School. Preferable Engineering degree.
4. Understanding Enterprise Resources Planning application.
5. Familiar with Pronto, AutoCAD or similar drafting software
