Drilling Engineering Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Engineering with minimum 10 years of experience in land and offshore Drilling / Completion Engineering with an Operating Company. Thorough knowledge of Drilling Engineering, Drilling Operations Industry standards and best practices. Maintain knowledge of latest technology and practices in directional drilling, tubular design, drilling fluids and cementing with focus on sour service operations. Current internationally recognized well control certification required
• Demonstrated Leadership experience with a minimum of 3 years in Drilling Management / Supervisor Positions with an Operating Company. Ongoing training in Leadership & Management is necessary. Candidate should demonstrate experience supervising personnel both in office environment and at the rig site
• Able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to facilitate necessary reporting to head office management
• Prior experience hiring and training engineers required in order to continue to grow team with the highest quality candidates. Prior experience implementing corporate governance systems to ensure operations meet the safety, environmental and business controls expectations
• Strong team work skills with the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex Drilling related issues with a diverse and global workforce. Demonstrated strong mentoring skills to develop engineering team and ensure future succession opportunities

Drilling Operations Supervisor

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree with 10 years minimum Drilling experience in a Well Site Supervisory role either for Operating Company or Contractor.
• Advanced training in Drilling, Well Control, Blow Out Prevention Equipment and Procedures, Drilling Fluids Technology, Cementing, Wellbore Stability and Well Site Safety.
• Firm understanding of rig equipment, safety programs and procedures. Experience implementing safety programs to build strong onsite safety culture.
• Strong leadership, mentoring skills and knowledgeable in well cost management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English. 

Drilling Engineer

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering with 5 years minimum continuous experience in Drilling Engineering & Drilling Operations with an operating Company.
• Thorough knowledge of drilling engineering, operations and equipment. Abreast of latest technology & practices in directional drilling, tubular design, wellhead design for sour service, drilling fluids and cementing.
• Strong communication and team work skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
