Lowongan Kerja KSO PEP - Energy Tanjung Tiga - PT Energi Tanjung Tiga is an oil and gas E & P company and is currently operating for the production of brown-fields in South Sumatera under the Operation Cooperation Agreement (Kerjasama Operasi / KSO) with PT. Pertamina EP.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in management / administration or related discipline 
• Minimum 5 (five) years of experience with at least 3 years experiences in Human Resource Development field. 
• Having experience in KSO/TAC/PSC companies is preferable 
• Understand PTK -018 
• Having a good knowledge of Work and Employment Industrial Relations (Hubungan Industrial dan Ketenagakerjaan)

Responsibilities:

• Provide support in various human resource functions which include recruitment, staffing and placement of new employees 
• Prepare monthly personnel payroll and report the payment with its detail to Jamsostek Office. 
• Prepare the RPTK (Rencana Penggunaan Tenaga Kerja) / Compensation and Benefit in accordance with guidelines  
• Assist in preparing the annual administration budget / RKA Ketenaga Kerjaan  
• Maintaining and updating Personnel Files 
• Maintain ongoing relationship with employee and related government bodies (PT. Pertamina EP/SKK Migas/Ministry of Manpower ) 
• Organize internal and external events.
