Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in management / administration or related discipline
- Minimum 5 (five) years of experience with at least 3 years experiences in Human Resource Development field.
- Having experience in KSO/TAC/PSC companies is preferable
- Understand PTK -018
- Having a good knowledge of Work and Employment Industrial Relations (Hubungan Industrial dan Ketenagakerjaan)
Responsibilities:
- Provide support in various human resource functions which include recruitment, staffing and placement of new employees
- Prepare monthly personnel payroll and report the payment with its detail to Jamsostek Office.
- Prepare the RPTK (Rencana Penggunaan Tenaga Kerja) / Compensation and Benefit in accordance with guidelines
- Assist in preparing the annual administration budget / RKA Ketenaga Kerjaan
- Maintaining and updating Personnel Files
- Maintain ongoing relationship with employee and related government bodies (PT. Pertamina EP/SKK Migas/Ministry of Manpower )
- Organize internal and external events.
