Lowongan Kerja Migas JGC Indonesia - We are a reputable Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Company especially for Oil and Gas industry is seeking high caliber candidates to fill vacancies for the following positions :

1. Sr. COST ENGINEER / ESTIMATOR
  • Education: S-1 degree. (Bachelor from Engineering of Reputable University). 
  • Experience: minimum 9 years as Sr. Cost Engineer / Estimator, with 9 years of which must be in EPC Projects for Oil and Gas or Petrochemical Industry.
  • Able to define project scope, including description of interfaces with existing facilities, consistent with the requirements for the relevant Class of Estimate.
  • Able to define the cost estimating methods to be used.
  • Able to prepare the basis cost estimate.
  • Able to handling of escalation, taxes, duties, and local fees.
  • Able to handling of contingency and technique for assessment.
  • Able to review and asses of estimated cost EPC work.
  • Able to review, maintain and controlling budget cost.
  • Able to define cost risk analysis.
  • Able to prepare and controlling all claim (CO) to client .
  • Comprehend ITB/ITT, scope of work and contract review.
2. Sr. PROJECT ENGINEER
  • Education: S-1 degree. (Bachelor from Engineering of Reputable University). 
  • Experience: min. 9 years as a Sr. Project Engineer or Engineering Manager, with 9 years of which must be in EPC Projects for Oil and Gas or Petrochemical Industry.
  • Experience in coordinating multi-disciplines engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning activity.
  • Comprehend Project Management definition and work flow.
  • Competent to establish the EPC work execution plan.
  • Familiar with multi Discipline Engineering Product.
  • Competent to coordinate multi discipline work.
  • Comprehend ITB/ITT, scope of work, and contract review.
3. PROJECT ENGINEER
  • Education: S-1 degree (Bachelor from Engineering of Reputable University). 
  • Experience: min. 5 years as a Project Engineer or 8 year as a Discipline (Process, Mechanical, Instrument and Electrical) Engineer, with 5 years of which must be in EPC Projects for Oil and Gas or Petrochemical Industry.
  • Experience in coordinating multi-disciplines engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning is preferable.
  • Understand the EPC work execution plan.
  • Familiar with multi discipline Engineering product.
  • Competent to coordinate multi discipline work.
  • Comprehend ITB/ITT, and scope of work review.
4. COST ENGINEER
  • Education: S-1 degree. (Bachelor from Engineering of Reputable University). 
  • Experience: minimum 5 years as a Cost Engineer, with 5 years of which must be in EPC Projects for Oil and Gas or Petrochemical Industry.
  • Able to prepare project cash flow report.
  • Able to maintain and controlling budget cost.
  • Able to verify and monitoring all claim vendor’s and subcontractor cost.
  • Experience in preparation of cost trend analysis and forecast is advantage.
5. Sr. SCHEDULER / PLANNER ENGINEER
  • Education: S-1 degree. (Bachelor from Engineering of Reputable University). 
  • Experience: minimum 9 years as Sr. Scheduler / Planner or Project Control Manager, with 9 years of which must be in EPC Projects for Oil and Gas or Petrochemical Industry.
  • Competent EPC work sequence and project execution plan.
  • Experience to plan and establish the EPC schedule including level of project control, able to identify critical path, milestone and built schedule with cost resources.
  • Able to prepare schedule trend analysis and forecasting.
  • Able to prepare progress measurement method including weightage of activities.
  • Able to define schedule risk analysis.
  • Able to operate Microsoft project and Primavera Enterprise (P6).
  • Competent to coordinate multi discipline work.
  • Comprehend ITB/ITT, scope of work and contract review.
6. SCHEDULER / PLANNER ENGINEER
  • Education: S-1 degree. (Bachelor from Engineering of Reputable University). 
  • Experience: minimum 5 years as Scheduler / Planner, with 5 years of which must be in EPC Projects for Oil and Gas or Petrochemical Industry.
  • Understand EPC work sequence and project execution plan.
  • Experience to plan and establish the EPC schedule including level of project control, able to identify critical path, milestone and built schedule with cost resources.
  • Able to prepare schedule trend analysis and forecasting.
  • Able to operate Microsoft project, experience in operating primavera software (P6) is preferable.
  • Comprehend ITB/ITT, and scope of work review.
7. Sr. ROTARY ENGINEER
  • S1 Mechanical majoring in Energy conversion. 
  • Min.8 years in engineering work Oil & Gas, petrochemical, chemical and industrial project as rotating equipment engineer.
  • Having knowledge and experience in reviewing ITB, prepare data sheet, specification, requisitioning, technical bid clarification/evaluations of vendor proposal, engineering coordination between vendors and related interdisciplinary, review and control of vendors deliverables.
  • The candidate shall has self motivated, talented and incumbents in project goal oriented with fully meet health and safety operational.
  • Having experience in inspection and test of Rotating equipments and its ancillaries.
  • Familiar with International Code and standard related to Rotating equipments such as API, ISO, ASME/ANSI, HI, NFPA, AGMA and other relevant codes/standards.
8. Sr. PACKAGE ENGINEER
  • S1 Mechanical majoring in Energy conversion. 
  • Min.8 years in engineering work Oil & Gas, petrochemical, chemical, and industrial project as package equipment engineer.
  • Having knowledge and experience in reviewing ITB, prepare data sheet, specification, requisitioning, technical bid clarification/evaluations of vendor proposal, engineering coordination between vendors and related interdisciplinary, review and control of vendors deliverables.
  • The candidate shall has self motivated, talented and incumbent in project goal oriented with fully meet health and safety operational.
  • Having experience in inspection and test of Package equipments and its ancillaries.
  • Familiar with International Code and standard related to Package equipments such as API, ISO, ASME/ANSI, CMAA,DIN, FEM, BS, CTI, OCIMF and other relevant codes/standards.
9. Jr. CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER
  • S1 Mechanical Engineering/ Civil Engineering/ Naval Engineering/ Electrical Engineering. 
  • Min.3 years experience as construction engineer.
  • Having experience at construction oil & gas or chemical plant.
  • Able to develop construction execution plan, make construct ability procedure, mobilization plan and construction schedule.
  • Understanding about auto cad is advantage.
10. MECHANICAL (STATIC / COMBUSTION) ENGINEER
  • S1 Mechanical. 
  • Min.3 years experience as mechanical ( static / combustion) engineer.
  • Having experience at construction oil & gas or chemical plant.
  • For Static: Familiar of design static equipment (PV, HE, TANK)
  • For Combustion: Familiar with combustion equipment (Boiler, Stack, Furnace)
GENERAL QUALIFICATION:
  • Strong interpersonal skills and organization experience. 
  • Preferable Fluent in English (writing and speaking).
  • Computer literate (MS office, MS Word, Ms Excel, Ms Project and related software).
  • Familiar with regulation, code and standard in Oil & gas industry.
  • Self – starting and motivated as well as able to work in demanding area.
  • Team building mind set.
