Honda Indonesia is the brand holder of Honda automobiles in Indonesia and is a sole agent, assembler of Honda automobiles and components. PT Honda Prospect Motor is a multinational joint venture company between Japan’s third-biggest automaker Honda Motor Co Ltd (51%) and Indonesia’s PT Prospect Motor (49%). Honda Indonesia is based in Sunter North Jakarta and now has 2 Honda Production lines in Karawang West Java. Honda Indonesia also supported by 5 affiliates (PT Mitsuba Indonesia, PT Honda Lock Indonesia, PT Indonesia NS, PT Toyo Denso Indonesia, and PT Indonesia Stanley Electric). Honda Indonesia's sales networks supported by a total of 93 dealers in all over Indonesia. Factory Strategic Planning Staff

Requirements

• D3/S1 Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering.
• Familiar with AutoCAD, Catia or Master CAM.
• Preferably have a good driving skill (have driving license class A/SIM A).
• Willing to be stationed at Karawang with shifting system.

Quality Control Staff

Requirements

• D3/S1 Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering.
• Familiar with AutoCAD, Catia or Master CAM.
• Preferably have a good driving skill (have driving license class A/SIM A).
• Willing to be stationed at Karawang with shifting system.

Engine Production Staff

Requirements

• Familiar with AutoCAD, Catia or Master CAM, Solid Work, Google Sketch Up.
• Willing to be stationed at Karawang with shifting system.

Frame Production Staff

Requirements

• D3/S1 Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electro Engineering, Automotive Engineering.
• Familiar with AutoCAD, Catia or Master CAM.
• Preferably have a good driving skill (have driving license class A/SIM A).
• Willing to be stationed at Karawang with shifting system.

General Requirements

1. Not more than 27 years old.
2. Minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.80 (on a 4-point scale).
3. Good skill in operating Micorosoft Office.
4. Good analytical skill.
5. Fluent in English (oral and written),
6. Good integrity and discipline.
7. Have initiative and caring, able to work in teams.

10. Ability to work accurately and quality.
