The Company is a part of PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero), a state fertilizer holding company in Indonesia. Pupuk Kaltim is based in Bontang East Kalimantan and owned 3 representative offices, located in Jakarta, Balikpapan, and Samarinda. During the year 2012, the Company again recorded increased operational performance with booked total revenues of Rp13.5 trillion or incerased 30% from 2011, according to Pupuk Kaltim Annual Report 2012 as cited by JobsCDC.com. Its net income also increased by 37 percent year-on-year to Rp1.98 trillion.

• GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
• TOEFL score min 450

• Not married and willing to not get married during the training period
• Never been followed the selection process at PT Pupuk Kaltim in period of October 2012 -  September 2013.
• Willing to be placed according to the needs of the company
• Drug free
• Selection process will held at Jakarta
