Lowongan Kerja PT Synergy Oil Nusantara - PT Synergy Oil Nusantara A foreign Investment edible oil refinery in Kabil - Batam is inviting high achieving self motivated candidates for the position below:

Area Sales Manager (ASM)

General qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years in sales and marketing in Edible Oil or FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) is a must. 
• Max 40 years old.
• Having Experience and knowledge In the Palm Oil Industry will be preferred.
• Active in English, computer literature (Ms. Office, presentation)
• Agree to be located in Batam area Immediately.

Responsibilities:

• Develop Comprehensive sales and marketing plan to achieve sustainable sales budget. 
• Identify key markets and develop distribution channel with qualified distributors.
• Identify and develop sales to key accounts
• Communicate the needs and requirements of key customers to cross functional team within to improve customer satisfaction level
• Follow up with buyers to ensure sales fulfillment.
• Coordinate with relevant department to ensure smooth business operation, such as, production, documentation, shipping, finance.
