leasing company for CATERPILLAR heavy equipment head quartered in
Jakarta. We are planning to open a Representative Office in Surabaya,
East Java by early 2014 and are looking for a dedicated individual to
join us as a Territory Manager who will be based in Surabaya.

- A 4-year university degree and a minimum of 3 years experience in a comparable rote with another finance organization and banking
The candidate should meet our requirements:
- Thorough knowledge of credit and documentation procedures, processes arid operations
- Thorough knowledge of financing and leasing products, policies and procedures of the subsidiary
- Thorough knowledge of and ability to apply math computation skills including those used in discounted cash flow, time value concepts, computation of interest, and financial accounting concepts (expense allocation, depreciation write-offs and balance sheet financing)
- Advance knowledge of marketing techniques
- Advance knowledge of heavy equipment and mining industry
- Advance local networking with heavy equipment business owner
- Ability to analyse the financial status of customers
- Willing to be placed in Surabaya. East Java
- Willing to travel around East Java and East Indonesia
- Fluent in English both oral and written
