Bi Farma us based in Bandung West Java and is recognzied as the world class vaccine and anti sera producer. Originally registered as a Netherlands Indies Company Parc Vaccinogene in 1890. The name of PT Bio Farma (Persero) was officially established in 1997 based on Government Regulation No 1 in 1997. Bio Farma’s performance in 2013 improved over the previous year. The Company was able to expand net sales by 28.94%  from Rp1.44 trillion in 2012 to Rp1.85 trillion in 2013. Total net profit went up by 48.35%  from Rp385.89 billion in 2012 to Rp572.47 billion in 2013.
