The Company also offers defense explosive services, and other supporting services. Dahana was first established as Proyek Menang (Winning Project) in Tasikmalaya West Java in 1966. The project is a dynamite factory project based on the NG with a license from Hispano-Suizza by the Indonesian Air Force (AURI). In 1973, Proyek Menang transformed into Perusahaan Umum DAHANA (Perum Dahana). The name of PT Dahana (Persero) was launched in 1991. Dahana now has production facilities located Tasikmalaya, Subang, and Karimun. Dahana was granted recognition from BUMN Innovation Award 2013. Dahana wins several categories, namely Best Innovation for Green Product in the 2013, Best Innovation for corporate Culture & Management in the 2013, and Best Product Innovation of the 2013.

Management Trainee Program (MT)

Requirements

• Male or Female, not older than 30 years of age.
• Minimum Diploma (D3) hodler in Chemical Analyst with strong academic results (minimum GPA of 3.00 of 4.00 scale).
• Proficient in computer literacy, good English language skills (oral and written).
• Strong leadership, dinamic, highly motivated and possess excellent communication skill.
• Willing to be stationed in all site projects of Dahana.
• Willing not to get married during the management trainee program period (approximately 6 months).
