The Company is a subsidiary company of state-owned port operator PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) or Indonesian Port Company (Pelindo 2). Starting out in 1971, RS Pelabuhan originated as the Port Health Center (PHC) of Indonesian Port Company. PT Rumah Sakit Pelabuhan officially established in 1999. RS Pelabuhan is 99.52% owned by Indonesian Port Company and 0.48% by Koperasi Pegawai Maritim Tanjung Priok (Kopegmar). Headquartered in Jakarta, RS Pelabuhan now has 4 hospitals, namely RS Pelabuhan Jakarta, RS Pelabuhan Cirebon, RS Pelabuhan Palembang, RS Port Medical Center. The Company also operates BAPEL JPKM Jakarta.

Requirements
- Indonesian Citizen.
- Previous experience as Director at reputable private hospital, both foreign or national hospital.
- Male, with a maximum age of 60 years old.
- Background in General Practitioner or Specialist Doctors and education MARS / Kes.
- Willing to be placed in all working unit of RS Pelabuhan.
- Not PNS.
