Accounting Executive

Responsibilities:
Assignment: Jakarta

• General responsibilities: to generate banking transactions, maintain petty cash transactions, provide statements of accounts to customers, settle receivable, and provide information on payment schedules. 
• This position is contract based

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree from reputable university, in Accounting with min GPA 3.00 
• Fresh graduates are welcome, 1 year relevant experience is an advantage – experience working with SAP is preferred
• Honest and punctual, with good reliable attitude
• Able to work with minimum supervision
• Excellent analytical thinking

Area Manager – MCO

• General responsibilities: to achieve the annual sales target of motorcycle lubricants, manage budget given, and manage all distributors and key accounts under his/her responsibility

Requirements:

Supply Chain Executive – Fuel

Responsibilities:

• General responsibilities: to manage the Supply Chain - Fuel operations (from cargo handling to distribution) activities and the needed permitting process, implement the operations policies and procedures which protect and ensures cargo/oil product handling meeting Company’s safety standards without compromise; to manage and maintain the transportation operation to be in line with Company’s standard and policy, and perform administrative activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree from reputable university, in Management or Engineering 
• At least 3 years relevant experience in similar field of work
• Knowledge on road tanker, marine/shipping operational experience
• Strong business integrity
• Good communication skills to build network with third party transportation and depot operators
