Lowongan Kerja Tambang PT Kapuas Tunggal Persada - Our company is a fast growing mining company located in Central Kalimantan, is seeking for suitably qualified and Fresh Graduated personnel for the following positions :

QUALITY CONTROL (QC)
Qualifications:

• Male, max 40 years 
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Geology.
• Minimum 2 Years site experience as Coal Quality Control.
• Able to operating software Minescape.
• Experience in handling Coal Quality Management & Laboratorium.
• High Level of initiative and results oriented.
• Willing to be located at Site.

ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR (EC)
Qualifications:

• Male, max 40 years. 
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Any Major from reputable University.
• Experience at least 2 years in Electrical (Preferable Coal Mining Industries).
• Highly motivated, able to work in a team, and good interpersonal skill.
• Willing to be located at Site.

CIVIL ENGINEER (CE)
Qualifications:

• Male, max 25 years. 
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineer from reputable University.
• Able to use construction software AutoCAD, CorelDraw, Ms. Project, Visio, Adobe Photoshop.
• Highly motivated, strong analytical skills, able to work under pressure and work in a team, good interpersonal and organization skills.
• Willing to be located at Site.

SAFETY, HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT (SHE)
Qualifications :

• Male, max 30 years. 
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Any Major from reputable University.
• Understands relevant Indonesian SHE standards.
• Experience at least 2 years in HSE on the same field (Preferable Coal Mining Industries).
• Have a minimum POP License for Superintendent, for Supervisor and officer POP Are preferable.
• Highly motivated, able to work in a team, and good interpersonal skill.
• Willing to be located at Site.

HR SUPERVISOR (HR)
Qualifications:

• Male, max 40 years. 
• Min. Bachelor Degree on Law, Psychology or Human resources management or related discipline area from reputable university.
• Min. 2 years experiences at the same level.
• Know well and understanding of HR & GA function area, Labor Law and Manpower regulation, Recruitment, Industrial and Employee Relation, Admin Personnel, Compensation & benefit.
• Strong leadership, highly motivated, time management, good interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willing to be located at Site.

GEOLOGIST (GEO)
Qualifications:

• Male, max 25 years. 
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Geology from reputable University.
• Able to use construction software AutoCAD.
• Excellent in Mine Design, Mine Schedulling, Project Evaluating & Budgeting
• Highly motivated, strong analytical skills, able to work under pressure and work in a team, good interpersonal and organization skills.
• Willing to be located at Site.

BARGING SUPERVISOR (BG)
Qualifications:

• Male, max 40 years. 
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Any Major from reputable University.
• Experience at least 3 years in Shipping and Barging (Preferable Coal Mining Industries).
• Highly motivated, able to work in a team, and good interpersonal skill.
• Willing to be located at Site.

OPERATIONAL ADMIN (OA)
Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree from any major 
• At least 3 years(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Good team work, communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills and well organized
• Able to operate MS Office (excel, word, etc)

MECHANICAL ENGINEERING (ME)
Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering 
• Min. 3 years experience
• Good knowledge in GDT and stack-tolerance analysis
• Applicants with working experience in Design Margin, Loss Function, Gage R&R will be preferred
• Good working knowledge in statistical tools (Six Sigma)
• 3D modeling and design skills on plastic/ sheet metal parts will be an advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills

PORT CAPTAIN (PC)
Qualifications:

• Male, max 40 years. 
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Any Major from reputable University.
• Experience at least 3 years in Shipping
• Minimum holding ANT III Certificate,
• Offshore Captain experience 3 years as Master in the relevant field
• Highly motivated, able to work in a team, and good interpersonal skill.
• Willing to be located at Site.
