Accounting Staff
Jawa Barat - Sukabumi
Responsibilities:
- Prepare data, supporting documents and related information for monthly financial statement
- Maintains files, including filing of general ledger journal vouchers, accounts payable documentation, and other miscellaneous filings.
- Company correspondences
Requirements:
- Good knowledge & having experience in accounting, taxation minimum 1 - 2 years
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Accounting/Taxation
- Hold Brevet A & B is an advantage
- Fresh graduates are welome to apply
- Computer literate MS Office
- Experience with e-spt (monthly/annual), accounting software are an advantage
- Good communication skills, have good ethics, able to work in the team and independently
- Honest, meticulous, and having good interpersonal skills, hard worker

Responsibilities:
Be responsible for the execution of recruitment and selection activities at various level of positions including sourcing, testing, interviewing, and hiring i.e. :

Be responsible for the execution of recruitment and selection activities at various level of positions including sourcing, testing, interviewing, and hiring i.e. :
- Send the advertisement to the media (mass media and internet)
- Input all the aplicants datas into the data bank every year
- Select application letters and contact candidate fulfilled the qualification to come for psychotest, scoring psychotest, give recommendation result from psychotest
- Inform the user about the applicants qualifications and prepare schedule for the committee interview
- Organize the medical chek up for the applicants and report the result to the superior
- Compose written report of job activities weekly, monthly, yearly
Requirements:
- Hold Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or Psychology.
- Having minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment field.
- Able to perform the whole recruitment and selection activities.
- Experience in applying psychological test would be an advantage.
- Dynamic, initiative, independent and has good analytical thinking, & Computer Literate.
- Good oral and written communication skills both in English & Indonesia
- Willing be placed in Cement Plant: SUKABUMI WEST JAVA
