Lowongan Kerja PT Pertamina Hulu Energi ONWJ - PT Pertamina Hulu Energi ONWJ or widely known as PHE ONWJ is an upstream oil and gas affiliate company of state-owned oil company PT Pertamina (Persero). PHE ONWJ is owned majorly by PT Pertamina (Persero) with 100% shares through PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (99%) and PTG (1%). PHE ONWJ engaged in the field of exploitation and exploration of oil and gas in the block of Offshore North West Java (ONWJ), located at the Java Sea. Total oil production of PHE OWNJ reached 38,886 barrel per day as of 22 August 2013, or reached 102.1% from the target.

Due to strengthen its team, PT Pertamina Hulu Energi Offshore North West Java is looking for qualified personnel with high motivation, initiative and integrity to fill in the following positions:

Small Facility Modification Team Leader

Requirements:

• Have a Bachelor Degree (S1) in all Engineering.
• At least 10 years of working experience in managing projects (development, engineering, maintenance and construction) within oil and gas industry, and exposure in project construction site, engineering house, interface with government, contractors, third party.
• Having experience in developing quality business process, manual, procedures, and programs in Oil and Gas Industry.
• Advanced knowledge of facility modification MOC cycle process.
• Possess an advanced level of experience, judgement and practical knowledge of facilities, standards & codes, and engineering principles.
• Able to lead groups or multidiscipline team, work with peers and communicate/influence with others.
• Excellent level of English proficiency (spoken and writing) is a must.
• Technical expertise in Microsoft Office usage (Word, Excel, Power Point).
