Requirements
- Minimum S1 in Accounting with a minimum GPA of 2.75 (PTN) and 3.00 (PTS) of 4.00 scales.
- Maximum age of 27 years old.
- Previous experience in the field of accounting/finance/taxation will be an advantage.
- Willing to be placed in all operation area of WIKA Realty.

- Good looking.
- Strong knowledge of marketing mix, market research, and competitor analysis.
- Possess excellent communication skill.

- At least 3 years of experience in the field of property management (apartment, hotel, office, and commercial area) or property management consultant.
