Staf Akuntasi - Keuangan

Requirements

• Minimum S1 in Accounting with a minimum GPA of 2.75 (PTN) and 3.00 (PTS) of 4.00 scales.
• Maximum age of 27 years old.
• Previous experience in the field of accounting/finance/taxation will be an advantage.
• Willing to be placed in all operation area of WIKA Realty.

Staf Seksi Pemasaran

Requirements

• Minimum S1 with marketing background (Management, Communication Studies).
• Maximum age of 27 years old.
• Good looking.
• Strong knowledge of marketing mix, market research, and competitor analysis.
• Possess excellent communication skill.
• Have a wide networking.
• Willing to be placed in all operation area of WIKA Realty.

Kepala Bagian Pengembangan & Pemasaran Property

Requirements

• Minimum S1.
• At least 3 years of experience in the field of property management (apartment, hotel, office, and commercial area) or property management consultant.
• Strong understanding in the concepts of recurring income and asset management.
