JOB SUMMARY
Thru Tubing Manager is responsible for Balikpapan workshop operation and maintenance. Establish operation policies and procedures in Thru Tubing divisions and is responsible for Balikpapan Workshop productivity goals. Establish and maintain community relations. Foster a well-trained and motivated staff.

JOB SUMMARY
Thru Tubing Manager is responsible for Balikpapan workshop operation and maintenance. Establish operation policies and procedures in Thru Tubing divisions and is responsible for Balikpapan Workshop productivity goals. Establish and maintain community relations. Foster a well-trained and motivated staff.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Direct and coordinate Balikpapan Workshop operations within company policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and safe Worksop at Balikpapan Area
- Establish and direct Balikpapaan Workshop policies and procedures
- Responsible for Balikpapan Workshop production goals
- Establish and maintain a positive community relationship
- Foster a well-trained and motivated staff
- Confer with department heads to ensure coordination of purchasing, production, and shipping
- Responsible for establishing all shift production schedules
- Select and train workshop supervisory and administrative staff
- Conduct employee performance reviews
- Schedule and conduct workshop operation meetings
- Responsible for the product quality control for the workshop
- Attend scheduled corporate training and meetings
Requirements:
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Direction of Thru Tubing operations and community relations requires significant Technical knowledge as well as advanced interpersonal and supervisory skills. This is normally acquired by seven to ten years of Thru Tubing experience which includes supervisory responsibility

JOB SUMMARY
- Prepare tax returns for individuals, organizations, and businesses. Provide advice about tax liability issues, tax changes that may affect their operations, and help with the compliance of tax requirements
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIE
- Supervise and lead a team of staff in the section in handling day-to-day financial cycle matters, month-end and year-end accounts closing;
- Analyse Balance Sheets items periodically (minimal Monthly)
- Supervised data entry in the accounting generated system
- Prepare and/or review the monthly and year-end audit schedules;
- Review Bank Reconciliation and resolve reconciling items;
- Work closely with Asset & Inventory coordinator in asset recognition especially fixes assets registration and inventory register and assets depreciation
- Carry out responsible in recognition of accrual basis transaction into system
- Assist Finance Manager in generate Monthly, Quarterly and Annually Financial Report Statement.

- 3-5 years accounting experience
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or equivalent
- Must be technically proficient in accounting and tax preparation software

- 1-3 years experience and background with consultant / audit firm
